Puppies are required to be paid for in full prior to 6 weeks of age. If shipping is required the said pup will be shipped at 8 weeks of age (WEATHER TEMPERATURE’S PERMITTING). Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another litter prior to 6 weeks of age (ONE TIME).

BEVOS BLUES guarantees pup to be current on vaccinations and free from the following:

-At transfer pup is guaranteed to be free from DISTEMPER, ADENOVIRUS, PARAINFLUENZA, PARVOVIRUS, LEPTOSPIRA, CORONAVIRUS AS WELL AS ANY LIFE THREATENING GENETIC DEFECTS.

-Pup will have current Veterinary Health Certificate if shipped by air.

Buyer agrees to have pup examined by licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of transfer. If at that time the pup is found to have any of the above mentioned, BEVOS BLUES will refund purchase price or replace the pup (AT BEVOS BLUES DISCRETION) provided the condition is life threatening in the opinion of two qualified veterinarians. Warranty is null and void if the pup is not examined w/ in 72 hrs by a licensed Veterinarian.

Buyer agrees to keep pup current on all vaccinations and wormings.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACT AGREEMENT THE FOLLOWING APPLY:

In the event that a dog is sold for cash and a pup back, papers to such dog will remain with BEVOS BLUES

until BEVOS BLUES receives  the pup back deal! Pup back deal? Yes_______  No_______

- Both parties agree that no dogs / puppies, nor Sire or Dam of such have been bred or sold for fighting or any illegal purpose.

BEVOS BLUES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CARRY THE BEVOS BLUES NAME ON THE REGISTRATION PAPERS OF ALL PUPS/DOGS SOLD.THE BUYER MAY GIVE THE SAID PUP/DOG A CALL NAME.BUYER AGREE’S TO KEEP THE BEVOS BLUES NAME EVEN IF SAID DOGS OWNERSHIP IS TRANSFERRED OR THE DOG IS SOLD.
